Week 12 – Phase 4 : Launching Day – 22nd June 2019

The community service initiative project function as a platform help to  foster a sense of care and concern  among students  for their community and the world at large. In this process, most of the student able to recognize  and taking steps to meet the needs of others especially the community selected which they will enhance their  creativity, critical thinking and reflective skills. 

 

Without the opportunity given by Yayasan Salam as well the positive support by the Orang Asli Community, this brilliant project would not be happened. It requires each and every one time, dedication and support to ensure out dream comes true. 

Taylor's University would like to thank all the sponsors for their donation and willingness to materialize the mini-library project.

 

The 3 months journey; since the day when we visited the site visit dated 4th April 2019 carried through to the pre-planning discussion and proposal weekly, followed by phase progression since 1st June 2019 and till the launching day were nothing less than a wonderful experience.  It's sound difficult at the beginning yet everyone did it. The mission accomplished. 

 

On behalf of Taylor’s University, we from Interior Architecture both from Diploma and Degree Program appreciate such honorable opportunity and the trust given to our students to discover their creativity, showcase their capabilities in designing the interior space as well as managing the mini library project from ideation till execution.
